Customer experience via upgraded FMF CRM system, Sri Lanka’s largest online travel company recently upgraded its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to offer a comprehensive service and better engage with their customer base. As a customer oriented company findmyfare has invested in the new upgraded portal to emphasis on the importance of customer convenience and value added services.

Using the FMF CRM system is a simple process. Once a customer makes an inquiry regarding airfares and travel schedules a detailed information sheet is then emailed to them along with a link to access the CRM system. Through the CRM system the customer can request a travel agent from findmyfare to call them in their preferred language or make a written inquiry regarding any flight details.


Another advantage of the CRM system is that it allows customers to receive the best airfare rates and the ability to compare flight information to suit individual requirements. The flight information sheet that a customer receives will include not only the flight details and schedules but also the taxations and discounts that are part of the package. Once the customer finalizes all the details, a temporary reservation can be made via the CRM system. The permanent ticket reservation can also be done through the highly secure payment gateway on the CRM system.
